Product Family Overview
High Force in a Compact Axial Space
A conical disc deflects through a short axial distance while carrying relatively high load. Single discs can also be stacked in series, parallel or mixed arrangements to change travel and force. The shaft, bore, available stack height and working deflection are therefore as important as the disc dimensions themselves.
Selection
Choose the Disc Form and Stack Around the Load Curve
Disc spring behavior is strongly influenced by thickness, cone height, diameter ratio and whether multiple discs share the load.
DIN 2093 Belleville disc springs
Verified standard dimensions provide a useful engineering reference for common disc sizes and screening loads.
Slotted and contact discs
Slots or contact features change stiffness and contact behavior, so these parts are confirmed from the drawing rather than inferred from a standard disc.
Diaphragm spring components
Diaphragm designs combine a disc-like body with fingers or application-specific geometry and are matched to the surrounding clutch, seal or mechanism.
Custom Manufacturing Data
Disc Spring Dimensions, Loads and Stack Options
DIN-backed rows provide OD, ID, thickness, free height and load references. Custom stacks and non-standard discs require the full assembly envelope and target force-deflection behavior.
